Vertical Turbine Pumps

Semi-Axial Turbine Pumps 6", 7", 8", 10", 12", 14" & 16"
APPLICATIONS
Suitable for lifting, pressurising and distribution in civil and industrial installations, autoclave and cistern inlets, fire fighting and washing plants, irrigation systems. Draws from wells, tanks or natural basins.
CHARACTERISTICS
The semi-axial hydrodynamic configuration reduces the diametrical dimensions of the hydraulic elements, obtaining modest pressures with average flows.
COUPLING
The pump may be driven by electric motor or diesel engine. The diesel driven pump will be connected via a right angle gearbox. The electric driven pumps may be coupled via a motor stool with independent thrust bearing non reverse ratchet and coupling or via a hollow shaft motor.
SPECIFICATIONS
The hydraulic specifications shown are based on use in cold water (15°C) at an atmospheric pressure of 1 bar and a density of 1000 Kg/m3.
As these pumps are made in series, they are guaranteed according to the UNI EN ISO 9906, attachment A, on request UNI EN ISO 9906, level 1.
• Fluid: chemically and mechanically non-aggressive, with a maximum solid substance content equal to the hardness and grain size of silt (40 g/m3)
• Maximum temperature: 30°C
• Maximum working pressure:
4” 23 bar
6” 39 bar
8” 35 bar
10” 30 bar
12” 31 bar
• Direction of rotation may clockwise or counter clockwise depending on pump selected and customer requirements.
• Installation: vertical / horizontal.

Bareshaft End-suctoin Contrifugal Pumps
With Stub Shaft
APPLICATIONS
Electropumps MG1-MG2 are used in plants for recirculation, heating, air-conditioning, fire-fighting, heat recovery and water supply, generally speaking.
They are also used for setting up pumping units, irrigation and sprinkling systems, autoclaves and various industrial services.
CHARACTERISTICS
MG1-MG2 electropumps are of the single-impeller, single-block centrifugal type with rigid coupling, coupled to a standard B3/B5 form asynchronous motor.
The coupling is obtained by means of a block with ball bearing on which the pump shaft is secured and integrated with a rigid coupling.
The pump body is standardised in compliance with UNI-EN 733.
The motor unit and the rotating part of the pump can be taken away without removing the pump body from the system piping.
SPECIFICATIONS
Flow rates up to 255 m3/h, pressure heads up to 98m at 2,950 1/min.
Temperature of liquid pumped: -15C° to +120C°.
Special versions on request.
Maximum working pressure: 10 bar
Maximum ambient temperature: 40C° (please, request verification for higher temperatures).
